My boys love to pretend they're cooking. Last year I told Randall I was going to buy them a play kitchen, because they are always stealing my cooking spoons, getting out my pots and pans and filling them with bricks or other objects. They usually say they are "cooking soup." I think it is adorable. But Randall informed me I was not allowed to buy any such "girly kitchens" until we had a girl. Well, Lainee's not quite old enough to play with a kitchen (she's only 8 months), but we do have a little girl now ;)

I think all kids love to cook. Lily likes to reorganize my cabinets.
