Floating the River Family Style

Some friends of our, the Borens, own some rafts; Steve used to be a river guide.  They've kindly invited us to go rafting with them a few times.  Randall and I went rafting down the hoeback (near Jackson Hole) when we were dating, so white water rafting has always been a favorite activity of ours, even though we don't get a chance to go that often.

Anyway, on this trip we took the whole family.  We floated a gentle stretch of the Payette River that was perfect for the kids.  We packed a lunch and stopped at Kelly's Whitewater Park to rest, eat lunch and play in the water.  We all had a blast- it was a perfect outing!
